I never thought of my
morning meditations, readings and exercising as jug filling but maybe that
is how I have gotten through these daze... Thanks for a new perspective

The
very inspiring message struck a nerve with me and caused me to place some
serious thoughts to the question asked by the author. Facing some life changing
situations in the near future, the author gave me some great points, as to
starting this process in my life. -

Tony, I really enjoy reading your weekly coach's e-mail. You are as inspirational in print as you are in my barber chair. Thank you for including me as a recipient of your insights. - J.M.
Thanks. I tried that this weekend and it felt really
good. I decided to slow things down a bit this weekend--a lot of dancing around
the house and letting the "I am okay as is" soak in. It was a time of
peace, meditation, reading and reflection. So on Monday, I felt more rested
than I have been in months. –R.B.
Tony, you
have special gift of making people feel at home. May it inspire many in their healing. Sobonfu E. Some, author of Falling Out of Grace and Welcoming
