§ Visions of the Heart

Welcome! There is a saying that the journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step. If you are reading this, you have taken the first step of your new journey to creating the life you desire.

Visions of the Heart is my Spiritual Life Coaching, Teaching and Healing Ministry.  Spirit is the pilot, I am the co-pilot.  Visions of the Heart is how I am of service to others, myself and God.  My response to the call.  I said yes when Spirit said, "you know you are not going to be happy until you do your own thing."  I decided to take the step onto faith and follow my bliss, boldly and humbly.  I decided to walk my path, my red road.  People Native to this Land believe walking the red road is living as instructed and guided by the Creator. [I use Spirit, God, the Universe, and the Creator interchangeably]

To climb and meditate on Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona was a magical experience. At that moment, I was One with Nature.  The red road.  

§ The Name

While receiving a Reiki treatment I heard from within, "the name is  visions of the heart."  This was a reflection on the "self awareness and life mastery" work I accomplished during my studies at Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development (IVISD).  My focus was on understanding and incorporating the concepts of vision (the act or power of sensing with the eyes or anticipating that which may come to be) and heart (that place where we connect to the divine).  Sensing and seeing through an open and expanded heart, and using this as a foundation for my coaching, teaching and healing.  Thus, Visions of the Heart was born and named.

§ The Mission

The mission of Visions of the Heart is to  support individuals in awakening to and walking their heart-centered life path, from a place of balance, joy and compassion; and to support people in transforming their personal and professional life.

I do this through heart-centered coaching, teaching and healing.  The various techniques and methods used include: 

• Spiritual Life Coaching

• Usui/Tibetan Reiki Healing

• Shamanic Healing and Ritual

• Meditation, Affirmation and Healing Circles

• Workshops, Retreats and Individual Intuitive Consultation

§ The Vision

The vision of Visions of the Heart is for each person to live life from a heart-centered space of truth, fulfill their dreams, and bring forth their life visions, through conscious choice and transformation.  Visions of the Heart, heart-centered coaching, teaching and healing, is  living life from your heart.

§ My Life Vision

My life vision is  to realize a community, a world where people are awakened, are open-heartedly embracing God-consciousness and are rooted in Oneness with the Universe. 

Simply stated, I envision a world where we realize our Oneness with God.  We are all connected with everything in the universe.  We are all children of God, the creator of All things.  Spirituality is connecting to and being from that spark of creation that is within each of us.

As a Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher and Shamanic Healer/Practitioner, I am of service to God and to humanity.  I use these tools, these paths, these techniques to teach, heal and be of service.
